Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the pre-order system for the Saint Francis Book Club, items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. However, returns for damaged books will be accepted within 28 working days. If stock is available, we will aim to replace the damaged book(s).
All returned items must be:
- In their original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by a tax invoice as proof of purchase
You must notify us via phone or email with the reason for the return.

Order Collection
Can I collect my order?
No. All books will be shipped directly to the school and addressed to the individual student.
Order Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped in bulk to the school, then individually packed for each student or teacher.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 12 weeks of the final book club order cut-off date, subject to shipping delays.
Please note: Many books are imported via sea freight from the United States, which may affect delivery timelines.

Refunds
How can I claim a refund?
Refunds are available only if a damaged book cannot be replaced with an identical copy.
